Morgan Courtney is currently the Director of Customer Success at TaskRabbit, where she leads her dynamic Tasker Success team to ensure that Taskers are able to achieve their goals on TaskRabbit and have a great experience at every stage of the Tasker lifecycle. She was also the co-lead for TaskRabbit for Good for three years, which was created to make it easier for neighbors to give back locally and make a positive impact in communities around the world.

Work Experience

Before her work at TaskRabbit, Ms. Courtney led engagement with community leaders and education changemakers across the country for the Bay Area-based XQ Institute, an initiative of the Emerson Collective that is dedicated to rethinking the American public high school for the 21st century. Prior to XQ, she built public-private partnerships in Indonesia for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). She was also the Myanmar Lead at the Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations at the U.S. Department of State, managing a team of conflict specialists in the field and in Washington focused on peace, conflict, and reconciliation.  Ms. Courtney has also worked at the State Department, the Center for Strategic and International Studies, for the United Nations Special Envoy for Haiti, and the Clinton Foundation in Burundi.

She is a Term Member at the Council on Foreign Relations, a Research and Practice Associate at the Institute for National Security and Counterterrorism at Syracuse University, and previously served on the Executive Committee and Strategy Committee with the Young Professionals in Foreign Policy organization.

Ms. Courtney received her B.A. with honors in International Relations and French from Wellesley College and an M.P.A. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. She also recently received a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School.
